We know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes needed. Therefore, we offer no hassle returns on items that meet our return policy guidelines ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached.Only full price items are available for return or exchange. Preordered items may be exchanged within 7 days of the original ship date but cannot be returned. Discounted or sale merchandise, and custom ordered items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged- NO EXCEPTIONS! Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Canceled orders will have a $10.00 restocking fee deducted from the refund, or store credit will be issued in the full amount.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box to protect the original shoebox.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
Packages that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address, or return to sender at no fault of Blue Bonnet, will be sent an invoice for new shipping costs. No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage must be purchased in order for the package to be shipped out.
